April of '06. We're putting the pieces together and making sure everything fits. Once we have all parts calibrated and setting just right...we take it apart for paint, polishing, and chrome. Now's the time for tweaking. If it needs trimmed, cut, or drilled, now's the time.
A major goal has been the "one tool" rule. We have attempted, whenever possible, to make it possible to install or remove most parts with one tool by having a nut set permanently to the frame or body. To do it right requires that every part be available during fabrication. We're hoping this helps reduce damage to the finishes during final assembly.
